Changi Airport: Jewel II (Singapore)

The crown centerpiece of Jewel Changi Airport is the HSBC Rain Vortex, a massive fountain display that stands a majestic 40-metre (131.23 feet) height. Located at the Heart of Forest Valley, this amazing feat of engineering is also the world’s tallest indoor waterfall. The indoor marvel also houses a Light & Sound show which runs from 8.30pm to 12.30am (Singapore time) daily at hourly intervals. Many times before, guests have compared the overall design of the manmade valley with scenes from Jurassic World - the waterfall is surrounded by the Forest Valley and has water cascading down into the vortex below. With projected images, music and mist effects, the indoor waterfall invites guests to a surreal experience unlike any other while enjoying a shopping experience at the surrounding mall.

ArtScience Museum (Singapore)

Part of the modern Marina Bay skyline in Singapore, the ArtScience Museum is a museum located within the integrated resort of Marina Bay Sands in the Downtown Core of the Central Area in Singapore. Designed by architect Moshe Safdie reminiscent of a lotus flower, it is the world's first ArtScience museum and boasts 21 gallery spaces with a total area of 6000sqm (50000sqf). The ArtScience Gallery has a permanent exhibition that consists of 3 galleries - Curiosity, Inspiration and Expression. However, it mainly hosts touring exhibitions curated by other museums from all around the world, marking it as a beacon for visitors from all around the world. Trivia: Singapore is a country that enjoys plenty of rainy weather. It would then make logical sense to take advantage of the ArtScience Museum's design and make it into a functional environmental conservation initiative. During rainy days, water channels down the centre of the ArtScience Museum, flowing down the bowl-shaped structure into a reservoir where it is then used for the building's restrooms.

The Helix Bridge (Singapore)

Linking Marina Centre with Marina South in the Marina Bay area in Singapore for pedestrians is the Helix Bridge. Running parallel to the Benjamin Sheares Bridge and the Bayfront Bridge, the Helix Bridge is a popular location for many tourists and photographers who want to take photos of the Central Business District skyline. Four platforms that stand out from the main bridge allow visitors to have an unobstructed view of the skyline. Canopies provide shade for visitors as they traverse across the bridge. At night, the bridge's double-helix structure is lit for a spectacular display to give visitors a dynamic visual experience. Trivia: Some people call this the DNA bridge. You can find pairs of coloured letters "c" and "g" as well as "a" and "t" on the bridge. These letters are lit up at night with the colours red and green. The letters stand for the four bases of DNA - cytosine, guanine, adenine and thymine.

Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore Carpark

The Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore (MBCCS) carpark serves as a parking space for visitors who go by transport. Located at Marina South, the carpark is able to accommodate 327 cars, 46 motorcycles and 25 coaches. It also acts as a link to the cruise centre and has sheltered access for visitors.
